This KFC has been incompetently managed for several years. Tonight, I tried the KFC waffle basket, using the drive-thru because I'm on crutches after breaking a leg recently.
It took more than15 minutes in the drive-thru line to finally get my order. That's OK. But when I pulled out to allow the drive-thru line to progress, I found that NO SYRUP had been provided. The drive-thru line was still very long, so I parked and made it indoors and asked for the manager. She offered absolutely NO APOLOGY outside a super-small syrup package that contained less than a catsup packet. I asked if she thought it satisfactory that someone on crutches had to come indoors to get the small syrup package that should have been included at the drive-thru. Her amazing response was "You could have gone back through the drive-thru line." And wasted another 15 to 20 minutes...that was OK to her!
This manager has also insisted on keeping the exit door in the dining room LOCKED and impossible to open, even after it has been pointed out that is a gross violation of fire code.
This manager brings great dishonor and discredit to a fine restaurant chain. I will be writing corporate offices tomorrow with formal complaint.
Oh...BTW, the KFC Waffle menu item is horrifically bad. In addition to the micro-serving of cold fake syrup that I had to work for, the waffle was stiff, stale, and stone cold. This is easily the worst menu item KFC has ever offered. Avoid this travesty like the plague!
Or better, do like me. After 50 years a KFC customer, my family and I will never buy KFC...

When I also asked for 2 Thighs instead of a Thigh and Wing, she told me that I couldn't. That's not true at all because the last time I ate at this location I was able to just fine. The thing that made me give 1 star is the fact I pointed out that I was overcharged and she got an attitude, like I had inconvenienced her. And I witnessed there was no handwashing and then putting gloves on the old man (owner) 5old me to get out of his building when I confronted him about he was not wearing a mask his hair was all over the place and he was not wearing gloves. Also heard that a young girl felicia got fired for not wanting to work when she was tested positive for covid. But also was told she quit either way they wanted her to work being covid positive. Her mother also works there and is positve because she could not afford to lose her job. So i think this place needs to be shut down for a while to clean and restaff or the owner needs to sell.
