Property Mgmt is still racist against darker skinned people of color. I have lost interest in renting. It's shameful how mgmt ongoing harassment against the only brown skinned resident which happens to be a wonderful woman born blind. My friend is overcoming the harsh reality of rascism. Property MGMT requested my blind friend repaint her trailer and given only a short time span to get it done. Another friend of mines helped out and got it done in a day. Property MGMT sent her a notice complaining about the color. Come on guys if the color of paint was approved by the owner, why wasn't her chosen paint color paid for by the property MGMT if The property MGMT didn't approve of such a color?
