Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Atlanta

I placed an order though the app and then as I’m tracking my order and I’m standing outside waiting when I seen it said 2mins away and then less than 30 seconds later it said delivered and when I called they said I a refwith 3-5 days depending on my bank and then told me I had to order again and as I was saying I’m not paying for another order I was hung up on by the lady that answered. Which was very rude of her and I am the customer that someone delivered my order to someone else without checked that is the correct person by asking the name on the order not saying the name and saying delivery as I feel the delivery driver had done which is complete bull and I spent $50 on that food for me and my kids. They did not offer to even call the driver or anything to see what happened and why didn’t they ask the name that was on the order before giving the order to a random stranger knowing that if an person did not order something and it’s free food of course they will say yea they ordered it. They need to start checking ID’s to make sure it’s the correct person to prevent negative reviews they would get because of mess ups like this and my kids are hungry having to wait again for food. That right there put a bad taste in my mouth about this service and professionalism they need to check...

These people are thieves first off my order came up to 33 dollars I gave the driver a 100 dollar bill he took of before I could count my change only to find out he still owed me 38 dollars he only gave me back 28 dollars the women that pick up the phone was very rude when I called up there to tell them to bring me back all my change. At first they said they wasn't going to give me back my change because he wasn't supposed to take my 100 but he did take it then they said that he only owed me 11 dollars it took them a hour and half to bring me back all my change after I called up there 3 more different times demanding my Change not to mention the pizza was burnt and didn't taste good papa johns y'all need to do something about this location they are rude to y'all paying customers and they are taking money that is not theirs I don't recommend this location to anyone y'all need to fire a lot of y'all employees because they are not professional and is going to cause the company itself to sued as y'all can see they don't have a negative star if they did y'all deserve that, 1 star is to good for this...

I'd give them less than a one if possible.

I wish I read the reviews before I ordered from this Papa Johns.

Pizza arrived 30 minutes late and cold. The driver seem to have an attitude and when I asked for a receipt, his response was, I left it in the car and he asked me if I wanted it, which I said yes. He totally ignored my request for a receipt because he never gave me one.

I then called the store, and after 10 minutes of being placed on and off hold, my frustration growing by the minute, the person on the phone wanted make sure I knew she was in charge and that I needed to be patient.

My pizza came late, which made it cold and I didn't get a receipt.

So, to make me happy, they decided to give me a credit for my food, but, didn't really care about me or how they ruined my dinner plans, or how long I was on hold, or how bad their driver was.

This place is a joke.........DO NOT ORDER A PIZZA FOR...
