American Deli — Restaurant in Atlanta

My wife Carolyn a Magruder. Purchase a chicken finger dinner a hamburger dinner and a fish dinner. From the American Deli in Atlanta Georgia on Metropolitan Parkway in the Kroger shopping center. And this was purchased yesterday around about 2 something give at 8 but y'all have records of this because my wife pay for this meal with a debit card. The food was so over cut that you couldn't eat it. The Spanish cook that was preparing the food did not stay true to the menu or the recipe or the quality of the food for this company.. I have been in the restaurant business for 37 years as a supervisor shift leader crew leader and I know when someone is serving food with no passion they don't care they're just there for the money they are not there to prepare the food the way it should be so you can enjoy the quality taste. The hospitality was rude unprofessional the cook look like he didn't wash a bathe and that's a serious health hazard for anybody that's preparing food for the General Public to have poor hygiene and don't take pride in what they prepare for customers and in result of all this my daughter's feeling came out because she tried to eat a chicken tender that was so tough and hard and overcook that is not funny and I have obtained a lawyer because this will not ever happen to me ever again or my family because if I can take pride in what I prepare for my customers then they can do the same because of you going to employ people...

I decided I wanted a Philly cheese steak with wings so I was going to go here because it was the closest American deli to where I was. I placed my order over the phone and the lady told me how long it would be before my order would be ready and I could pick it up inside the store once I came to the store to pick up my order I asked if I could see it first and the lady at the front register told me that they don't prepare it until I pay for it which is kind of weird since I placed the order over the phone and she said nothing about I would have to come in to pay for it before they could prepare it so I was under the assumption my order was ready and there were bags on the counter that were ready to go and I could have sworn the Chinese lady was going to hand me a bag but she changed her mind once they saw I didn't pay for it first so I decided not to go ahead with the order because the reviews online were so negative and I really appreciate you taking out the time to play right those reviews because it really helped me...

The service from the front counter lady was very nice but my wings were terrible. They give you different size wings but mostly very tiny small ones, So small that when you ask them to be fried crispy, it’s just basically skin and bones. Some American delis have regular size wings, but most have small wings like this with bad ratings like this. I heard good things about the honey garlic wings so I Tried them all they tasted like was Very sweethoney no garlic. I probably went to the wrong Location, definitely won’t be returning.
