Kroger Pharmacy — Local services in Atlanta

This pharmacy has no stars from me. They told me that my insurance was cancelled when it was active and tried to charge me for my medication. I spoke with a hispanic lady at the pharmacy who gave me this false information. I went to work the next day and had a supervisor pull up my information and it stated that it was active. I then called my insurance company who stated that it was active. I called the pharmacy and spoke with a woman named Courtney who insisted that my insurance was off after the verification provided. Called back to medicaid to get some more information to provide to this pharmacy. I am pregnant and do not need the stress of this unprofessional...

Not answering the phone after I’ve called and got through once! Now you’re not answering as I’m trying to follow up to ensure the prescriptions have been filled before I arrive. Because there’s been plenty of times where the prescriptions were supposed to be ready for pick and hadn’t been filled. So I’m trying to do my due diligence in calling to not waste time and people are doing their job to complete satisfaction! Please hire more efficient and effective workers if they can’t handle the work...

They won’t answer the phone but let it keeps ringing. They keep refilling medication I no longer take even when I put a stop on the automatic refill on the website. So when I go to pick up my prescription, I’m told to pay x amount and I would tell them I don’t need these meds. Then they have an attitude of why I didn’t tell them beforehand. If you answer the phone, then you would’ve known. Or stop automatically processing all my medications when I only requested certain medications online....
