Burger King — Restaurant in Atlanta

This is by far the worst Burger King in the Atlanta area. If you are hungry do not go here cause they are rude. I have been to this location several times over the past few years. I have called there corporate office. These people closed early almost every night I have gone to location and if there closing time is let just 12:00 they will tell you that there close at 10:30pm this has happened several times the employees are always outside talking or smoking mean while the parking lot looks like a trash can got turned over but none of the employees are cleaning the lot. A few day ago I went by there and they said they were out of and your not going to believe this but they had no MEAT!!!!!!!! HOW DO YOU CALL YOURSELF THE BURGER KING AND NOT HAVE THE MEET TO BACK IT UP!!! That like Chick-fil-A who is know for chicken to tell you all we have right now now if fish sandwiches and fries. You don't go to Chick-fil-A for fish you wanted chicken and the Same with brgking you go for burgers. They barley get your order right every now and then I have no issue. I only frequent this place maybe once a month when I was to lazy to get up or my old lady doesn't want to cook either this is where we may go but. They need to change the management or just get a whole new Crew manager employees just a complete revamp cause the current people and I can not say it's everyone who works there cause there people who do take there job serious and do things like there suppose to. But the other who are just there and don't give a dang are the ones who make the whole look bad. Cause the person who took your order is t making your sandwich. Or if the person who did take your order send the order back wrong you can't blame your sandwich maker cause all they know is what they see on there screen sometimes. And again all of my experiences have not been bad. But more often then not this place is bad. Come on Burger King no meat I hope that they or the management is reading this cause y'all need...

Me and my daughter was at burger king on Cleveland and i have never swen such a nasty attitude by the short supervisor amd a stud which a lady that perfer ladies a man aak for ranch they refuse to give it to him she advised the man to come in when he did what was ask the was sooooo very rude with customer the short employee tne stud was very confrontation with customer threaten to fight with this customer. It was customer like myself was in store. We asl for onions on burger she refused loudly and rude short suppose to be a leader was talking any kind of way her workers im front of customers. The man at drive in who they made come in for ranch ask for corporate number they told the customer to go ahead amd call in they not going to do anything to them. Woooow burger king on Cleveland.. I feel u should review tape for Monday 4/29/19 at 1215pm. They need to find them somewhere else to work tjey seem tp be untouchable. Shared my experience wirh my co-workers, APS 🚌 drivers they advised never go back there attitude is nasty long wait with COLD after a long wait ask to rewarm in microwave they refuse. THE BURGER KING NEEDS TO CLOSE AND RE HIRE A STAFF ALL THE TO THE MANAGER BATH ROOM NASTY LOBBY NASTY... PLEASE SEND TO OWNER OF STORE AND WILL FOLLOW UP ON COMPLIANT.. I PAY FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE and this not one of i will not visit again..unless tje short manager and the stud cp worker needs to go. If THIS was a white community this will never have happen.

Replace short manager and tje big stud lady heavy set with glasses they need to find another place of employment

STOP AT THIS RESTAURANT FOR MY GOD MOTHER SOME LUNCH SO THERE IS 3 CARS IN LINE FINALLY GET TO SPEAKER TOLD TO WAIT FINALLY WHEN YOUNG LADY ANSWER AGAIN COULD NOT GET ORDER RIGHT WE WAS ASKED TO DRIVE TO WINDOW SO AGAIN THERE IS A WAIT SO ONCE GETTING TO WINDOW OUR ORDER IS RUNG UP AND WE ARE ASK TO PARK SO I ASK FOR RECIEPT AND WAS TOLD THE PRINTER DONT WORK SO AS YOUNG LADY TURNS AROUND SHE WAS ASKED WHAT WAS AT WINDOW SHE SAYS THIS LADY JUST DROVE AROUND WHICH WAS A LIE SO I PULLED UP AND PARKED SO WHEN YOUNG LADY BROUGHT OUT MY FOOD I ASK HER WHY DID SHE AND SAY THAT I JUST PULL TO WINDOW I DON'T LIKE PEOPLE TO LIE ON ME THAT NOT NICE AND HER RESPONCE WAS YOU ALL ARE GETTING ON MY NERVES I JUST STARTED WORKING HERE AND IAM TIRED THIS TO MUCH I WAS AT A DISBELIEF SO SHE HAD GO BACK TO MY DRINK SHE LEFT I ASK FOR MANAGER WAS TOLD I DON'T KNOW HE INSIDE WOW SO I PROCEEDED BACK TO DROVE THRU SAT IN LINE SPOKE WITH DERWAN WHO I FELT WAS NO HELP PEOPLE SHOULD NOT WORK WITH THE PUBLIC IF THEY DONT HAVE THE PATIENCE TREAT PEOPLE THE WAY YOU WANT TO BE TREATED YOU NEVER KNOW WHO GOD IS SENDING YOUR...
