Honestly my favorite part was the peppermint conditioner and the steam treatment. I told her that my scalp felt like a desert and she just quenched it. When you arrive, someone greets you at the door, they are all very friendly and nice, I really appreciated the excellent customer service. Ashley was gentle with combing out my hair. Jeneveri is incredibly talented at what she does and the team she’s built, it was like an art show and I enjoyed every bit of the experience. My first & only visit was subpar. She was overbooked & understaffed. In all transparency I was late to my appt., but there was still no introductions, greetings, customer service, etc. Which I would’ve still been fine with if the hairstyle was worth it. Needless to say I wasted $425 on this sewin that was the most uncomfortable sewin I’ve had & it was not blended at all... You could see the freaking tracks...🤦🏾‍♀️ My sewin was installed on the 30th of Jan. & I removed it on 2/3. Never again! Starting to think these reviews are false...
