So I had PAIGE LAND and I contacted her via Facebook and asked her how much for a tighten up , highlights or bright red and bright orange , and tight curls. SHE SAID $95 ok cool!! ! Booked my appointment . I get there and she says going to Sally to get your bleach. So I had to wait 30 mins which was fine! She came back SAID SHE LEFT HER PURSE! ! And started to tighten up my tracks ( I thought she had a back up) she then tells me to get in the wash chair and starts mixing my color and tries to color my black hair without bleach!!!! I STOPPED HER! And explained it would not be what I asked for she got mad and said I mixed my color foe nothing !!! Then had me waiting for 4 hours fr her to straighten my hair because I no longer wanted anything else . WHEN SHE WAS DONE SHE TOLD ME ITS STILL $95 ASKED FOR WHAT? ? she said the color I wasted your hair was tangled and for the glue for the front !!! Read moreI had my first chemical peel session with Jazzmine in early March , I have had previous peels with other places and had great results, I had purchased a 3 pack session and had my 2nd session 2wks ago unfortunately my results were HORRIBLE ! Its been 2wks and I have NOT had any peeling but I do have Really Bad Black BURN Marks that have not faded or peeled and my skin still looks inflamed and its uncomfortable to the touch , I did reach out to Jazzmine 3 days after my appointment to let her know I was having issues and she assured me it was Normal and I should be better in a few days unfortunately that is not the case..I really like Jazzmine as a person but I do not feel that I should be given this Place any positive reviews my advice is to seek a licensed professional to do...
Read moreSo BOOM 💥 i scheduled a chemical peel service, the earliest they could get me in was a month out ( i waited patiently ), drove 45mins across town just for no one to be there. i should’ve took the “hint” that nobody was there when no one was answering my calls prior to the drive, i didn’t want to think the worst i just assume they were busy providing great services to their customers. i’ve been calling to reschedule and/or possibly be reimbursed and nobody answer or return calls… i might just have to take it as loss because first impressions is everything and poor customer service...
