I took my son here to get his hair cut for his second birthday. I was familiar with the stylist's work on other clients of all ages and wanted to go to her to ensure that the cut would be done right. I was a little nervous because of him being so young, but Iesha did a wonderful job on the cut and style. She also gave me tips on what to use to maintain the look. The other barber was also very friendly and good with children. I honestly believe every one in J Spot has great skills and fun personalities. Iesha was a natural with kids. My son was able to relax and enjoy two lollipops. The atmosphere was very inviting and upscale. I highly suggest coming in with a small child because they will make you and your child feel comfortable.This is definitely the environment to unwind and get dolled up. They have a salon side and a barber side. Appointments are required. I made my appointment about ten days in advance. They also have services for the grown ups, so I may have to come in for a wash and set or a sew in. Seems like the perfect place to pamper for a big day.
