I ordered 3 matte prints from this place on November 22nd. I've always heard they do good work from other photographers so I was expecting that. To be honest, they may still do good work. I wouldn't know because I still haven't received my prints. I placed the order on the 22nd. The turnaround time said 3-5 business days. I expected that to be a little longer because I ordered a few days before thanksgiving. However, by December 3rd I was worried because I hadn't gotten any tracking information, any notice of it being shipped or finished, no communication at all. I tried calling for hours and no one picked up the phone. Dec 3rd was a Friday and I got no answer, I also emailed them multiple times and got no response. I called again on Monday the 6th and someone picked up. They told me my order had just been shipped out and would arrive December 9th. I asked for tracking information and they told me no, they don't provide tracking info, which I thought was odd. December 9th came and nothing arrived. I called again that evening and no one answered again. Finally on December 10th (today) someone picked up. This person told me that my order actually hadn't shipped out, it was just sitting on the desk, they had made a mistake. This person apologized and was nice. However, I still don't have my order. They told me they would ship it out today themselves. Therefore, I've heard great things about the quality of Wolf Photo Design Bar's work. However, I wouldn't know due their terrible business practices. I definitely won't order from here again. If you're looking for great quality and service from a company, I would recommend PPR instead of this place. There's where i've ordered from...

Many years ago, I had 8MM film that needed to be transferred to an up-to-date media, which at the time was a DVD. Since then, I needed to update to another media type such as a thumb drive.

I purchased an external DVD device so I could transfer the photos only to find out the photos were encrypted. The camera company that transferred my photos to the DVD closed years ago, so I was stuck. I called several camera places including the Ritz Camera company and everyone said they could not unencrypt the photos. I was heart broken because the photos and videos were of my children at a young age.

By chance, I stumbled upon a company called Wolf Camera in Atlanta and sent an email describing my issue and the most helpful person, Liv Wolf, said she thought she could unencrypt the DVDs so I mailed one to try it out. Low and behold, I received a response that said it worked and she put the photos in the cloud, so I never have to worry about out-of-date media access.

Customer service and trust is very important to me as it is to most consumers and this company is top notch. They offer prints, books, collages, cards, wall décor, and so much more from photos you can upload from your phone.

Horrible place. Came in to place an order, and get my birthday phots developed. They stated that the printers were down and that they would be done sometime that week and someone would reach out when they were done. Two weeks went by and I didn’t hear back. So I reached out and called them. Stayed on the phone on hold for 40 minutes. I hung up but do you think someone called me back….. no. Gave it a couple days and called back again, someone answered and they said so sorry we did receive your email and will work on these today and also for your inconvenience we will give you 20% off. I told the guy to make it easier I would go through all my pictures and specifically let them know which ones I wanted printed. I sent the list and they responded is there a way you can put them in a file. At this point I was fed up and extremely annoyed with the fact that someone wouldn’t just print my photos, that’s all I wanted. After I got that email asking for a folder with the photos in them. I responded asking is there not someone who can simply go through the photos and click on the ones in list provided to print because they were in order. I never got a respond back and to this day I still don’t have my photos. This was in July. Don’t waste your time...
