I was extremely uplifted by this store and the professional staff here. I had just left another Homegoods located in Buckhead where I had felt like I was getting insulted by a gentlemen that worked there. All I was trying to do was purchase my spatula set. Anyway, the guy had me feeling like I wanted to just go home because sometimes people donât think what others are going thru and donât realize how their behavior effects someone but I didnât allow him the power. I googled up the nearest Homegoods and glad I did. Found exactly what I was searching for and although it was t on clearance it was what I wanted and the complete set so it was worth me paying full price. I ended up at a register with a beautiful lady named Ms. Deb who I expressed to her when she asked if I found everything okay that I did and I was happy as hell that I didnât allow that last gentlemen to discourage me. She noticed I had nothing but Mickey and said that she actually was a Minnie lover. I told her my story as to why I love Mickey Mouse and we just continued from there. Before I left I felt I had to share my experience with her about the last story visit she respectfully nudged it off and said arenât you glad you came here and said I truly wouldâve given that to you half price. đ I said well guess what if he wouldâve I wouldnât have found exactly what I was looking for would I? đ I just want to say thank you Ms. Deb for cheering me up.    Read moreThe store seemed to have a decent selection but definitely smaller store than Perimeter or Sidney Marcus. My negative experience was with a sales associate. I was looking at a shower curtain and asked the sales lady if I could open the package to see it better (rather than take it home just to open and return if I didnât like it), and she said âyâall do what you want to do anyway, so whateverâ. I said Iâm sorry I donât understand. She says nobody wants to buy a curtain thatâs been opened. I said, I see what youâre saying, but it wonât be used and I just need to see all of the colors in the curtain to know if it will work. And again she repeated âyâall just do what you want regardlessâ. She told me to look at the picture on the box. I responded with letting her know she was rude. And I left the store and will not return. I still donât know who âyâallâ are that sheâs referring to? the customers that come in to spend money? Too bad âyâall â is a problem for her. I went straight to the Sydney Marcus store and spent a couple hundred dollars that her store lost out on and will continue to lose. I am not done with my project and will be making many more trips to a home goods, but definitely will not be this location. Iâll drive out of my way to perimeter or Sydney Marcus. Please management know how appreciated and helpful are Ms Deb, Will, and Paula. If only all the stores could go back to this level of service, happiness, efficiency, care.
