United States Postal Service — Local services in Atoka

Mail never makes it to destination in time. And I'm literally talking been over 2 weeks to get 1 county over and counting.. Costing me late fees and more headache than it's worth. Mail men won't run normal times. Usually they deliver on Sunday here not Saturday. I've mailed gifts and gift cards that people never receive. I get my bills from the electric, gas, water company sometimes a week after the bill was due. Post date shows 2 weeks ? I don't really know what they have going on in there but I wouldn't trust this post office with efficiency you have better odds driving to the destination all be it if it's out of state and back before it ever leaves the office here. This post office seems incapable of delivering first class mail, specifically birthday/sympathy cards. I mailed one card on July 23, 2022 and another on July 30, 2022. It is not August 11, 2022 and neither recipient has received their card. But the USPS is able to deliver third class junk. What are they doing with these cards? And there's no way to "track" them. Tried to receive a package before it was placed on a truck because I needed it earlier than it would have been delivered. I was told that no matter what they are not allowed to give me the package. I had the tracking number, my id and proof of address but was still refused. There isn't a number to call for me to have asked this question before i drove out there.
