I had a really horrible experience at this restaurant with a to-go order a few weeks ago. Not only was my experience horrendous, but the way I have been treated by the Corporate Guest Relations team has been extremely disappointing. It all started with multiple problems with the to-go order. We ordered 2 Lasagna Classico, 1 order of Fried Mozzarella, 1 Garden Salad, and 1 Dipping Sauce Boat with Alfredo Sauce. We requested to try to get the most stacked lasagna, but the lasagnas received seemed to only have one layer each and were very sloppy. The lasagnas were only 3/4 of an inch thick. They were not stacked and like they were just crushed hamburger in tomato sauce. They were terrible. The Fried Mozzarella were just as bad. The mozzarellas were hollow with the little cheese that they did have completely flattened and dried stuck to the top and bottoms with no cheese in the middle and no cheese flavor. The salads we did receive were not even full either, but I was extremely alarmed only to get to the bottom of one of the salads and spit out a piece of plastic that was mixed in with the salad. It looks like the rim of another plastic container had broken off and fallen into the bottom of my salad container. The Alfredo Dipping Sauce Boat was barely half full. I'm not sure if they ran out or what happened. It did taste as good as it usually does, but only received a half full container. The breadsticks were fine as well. We were so shocked and let down with everything. I then complained to the Olive Garden Guest Relations team at corporate, and they said management from the restaurant location would contact me. The next day I received a mere $20 eGiftCard to my email (we spent nearly $50 on this meal). I even explained that I had photos that I wanted them to see, but they just disregarded this and tried to send me $20. I then responded back to corporate stating that I was honestly insulted by this, and I am honestly so lucky that I did not choke on the plastic given I realized something was wrong once it was in my mouth. I sent this follow-up response and photos to guest relations once and didn't hear back in a week, so I resent it. I received a response from Willis, the Director of Operations for this location. Let me just say that this correspondence even further exacerbated my negative opinion of Olive Garden's behavior in this situation. He stated to me that he reviewed my comments as well as the previous complaints sent to the restaurant by other customers. He listed the full first and last names of other customers that have made complaints to this restaurant. All of the names he listed have the same last name as me, but are indeed not me. Clearly, he indicated that he will not offer me anything given these other customers' prior complaints. Just because other people with the same last name as me have complained in the past, I will not be offered anything. There are many people within my area with my same last name. It is not, and should not be, my fault that other people with my last name have complained about this restaurant. These people do not even live at my address and are not even related to me. What was even more shocking to me was Willis's willingness to fully share the personal information (first and last name) of prior customers with me. This demonstrates a complete lack of concern for customers' privacy. Not only was I given their first and last names, but now I also know that they have dined at this specific location previously and they have made complaints about their visits. This is extremely concerning to me, as I thought Olive Garden was not supposed to share customer information with others (let alone other customers). Even just sharing a first and last name can open up massive digital gateways into other private information about these people. In this digital age and the multitude of information available on the internet, it is absolutely appalling to know that Olive Garden does not keep its customers' information private.

As I am from Canada, I was so excited to have a wonderful night and meal at Olive Garden because we don't have this chain. Everything was wonderful: the waitress was very friendly and patient, the food came at a reasonable time, and the atmosphere was calm and warm. However, I got the worst case of food poisoning from here, and I unfortunately ended up tasting the spaghetti and meatballs a second time but mixed with my stomach acid. That was not a very pleasant experience, as I had very much enjoyed my spaghetti and meatballs but I did not want to experience it coming out of my mouth via my vomit. I have no idea what happened in the kitchen that day, but I would be wary about coming here just in case! Otherwise, I had a very pleasant time here!

I enjoyed dinner here. Had not been in since precovid. Loved the decor. The tables were clean. It was fairly busy when we arrived but the wait time went faster than expected. Had a glass of confetti before dinner.. beautifully chilled. Everything we ordered was made exactly as requested. The alfredo sauce was out of this world. It was creamy and had just enough thickness to it. Not watery at all. The waitress could not tell me if it was made there or not.. that was disappointing. The chicken was tender. The salad was fresh and not one bad piece of lettuce. I ordered several $6 to go meals to bring home to the family. The only bad thing were the bathrooms. Not clean and missing tp. In the environment we're in, cleanliness is a must.

Only have been here one time( this location) Meal was made perfect. This is at time of the pandemic, they have been doing buy one meal get another one free.( Just have to heat free meal up yourself.) Love the deal and is great for business, but if I had to complain I would say if you give two meals away free, can't you give some extra bread sticks?(they give as many as you want if you eat there) I pulled up front cause it was raining for the waiters or waitresses=). My total was 27 and change. ( I gave 30 and said keep the rest) and the polite waiter said yes of course when I asked for extra breadsticks, he had to go back in anyway to get my food( I tipped you, give me my breadsticks). Comes back out and says no we can't give anymore breadsticks your meal was all set.(you already said you were going to give them) So stingy on breadsticks when it's suppose to be unlimited and I get your giving away food but that is your choice. Next time give me my motherlovin breadsticks and keep the extra food. That's what I have always gotten when my wife and son get olive garden I was only givin 4. I don't think it's too much to ask for another 4 breadsticks but I suppose all that free food is making them go broke. ...? (Mind you other locations give you like 5 to 7 and if you ask for more even for takeout they give you 5 more) .Great tasting food. Would of gave 5 stars but gotta keep it honest. The homeless people we donated your extra food to said thanks but no breadsticks? Hahahaha. I'm a funny guy and don't hold grudges but damn give the customers what they want not what you think they need.... Long story short don't advertise unlimited soup salad and breadsticks and then say no when...

Great meal, great hostess, wish I could say the whole experience was great. We do not blame the hostess for asking for ID but only I was under 30. The other 3 in our group are pretty well 40+. We traveled down from Canada so we used our passports as ID. My friend made the mistake of leaving his passport case with ALL his IDs and a lot of cash at his seat and this was where it turned.

After we left we called back to see if it was found. After 5 minutes on hold the guy that seated us came back on the phone and said it was not turned in and asked for my name and number. I asked him if he would like to know where we were sitting. He said the tables are cleaned immediately after their guests leave. I asked if he would ask our hostess one more time and he replied with the same thing.

We drove back an hour later and was not offered the best help so my friend walked over to the table we sat at and sure enough there it was behind the new guests at our seat. When our server spotted him back at the table she came over and my friend asked her if anyone asked her about this. She had no idea we called. This was not her fault but the lack of willingness for the guy to walk 4 feet to our table and check our table or even ask our hostess could have cost us big time. Again the food and our hostess Jackie were excellent but this definitely ruined our experience for...
