I can’t say enough good things about Attleboro Jewelers and Jeff. After having multiple issues with my engagement ring in less than two years, I made the call to stop trying to deal with the big online retailer and look local. I’m so glad I did because not only did Jeff have an expert recommendation on what my ring needed to ensure my diamond was secure and safe, he dealt with my insurance directly and advocated for going beyond just minimal repairs to make sure I didn’t wind back up in the same spot. With a new setting based on Jeff’s recommendation, I’m confident I won’t have to deal with the same repair in the future and am super grateful for Jeff’s expertise on the repair. My girlfriend had taken a ring in to ask about resizing and the woman behind the counter told my girlfriend it should be fine as long as the item was sterling (it is). When we returned that weekend, another saleswoman told us that it wouldn’t be possible to have that ring resized and we should return it and ask for a larger size (this was not an option). When I asked why, I was told the metal has to be heated and it may damage the stone. I asked why the stone couldn’t be removed. The woman again told me it most likely would not be possible but she could keep the ring and ask the jeweler later that week. I decided against this because I found her condescending, unhelpful, and uneducated. I had the ring resized elsewhere and will be avoiding...
