Hong Kong Treasures — Restaurant in Attleboro

I placed an online order from this joint that include a cup of soup. In the order, I specifically asked for chopsticks. After placing the order, I called the restaurant to verify they received my order and also to add two Diet Pepsi’s. 1 hour later, my order arrived. It was cold, there we no utensils what so ever. No forks, knives, spoons ( for the soup ) and no chopsticks, and two Pepsi’s.

I called and they acknowledged that they messed up on the utensils and soda but said I am a long ways from the restaurant. I am 12 minutes away. My delivery should have not taken an hour to receive.

The manager would not send his driver back to bring my utensils and correct sodas.

Actually, they should come pick this food up and bring me my money back. $40.00 (including the tip) for one persons dinner? It cost me less to go to the pup next door and...

Whether eating in person or picking up an order, I have had delicious food at this restaurant. The staff is awesome whether you call or come in, very friendly and professional. One side is all window with a view of Attleboro's main street and Balfour Riverwalk Park, there's a tv on one wall (usually news) and a partition to separate the take-out area from dining in. Menu: HUGE including appetizers, lunch specials, soups, dinner combo plates, Sushi and even low carb options. Note: I love appetizer called "Peking Ravioli" which is actually Pork Dumplings, you can request steamed or fried. We have been faithful patrons of this place for many many years. I find it unfortunate that the quality has slowly been going down hill over the last year. They are still good but with the take out / delivery service only it's just not as good. We do pickups at their location and for the last 6 or 7 times the food has been subpar and it's been cold every time I get it home. I only live 1 mile from them. It also appears to us that it depends on who is the chef for the night on the quality of the food. The recipes for the same food differs night to night. Tonight I had to wait for the food to be ready (only a few minutes) but it was cold when I got it home. I was hoping that since it was just cooked, due to waiting for it, would have been hot but...
