
Update update: As I stand in Summit post heavy lifting class, I still love it here.
Update: I have now been at Summit for almost 10 months and I still look forward to every class. The workouts are always fun and challenging. The trainers are genuinely wonderful and really care about every single member. They get to know everyone's goals and help them to achieve them. The heavy lifting class is absolutely amazing. The best part about Summit is that I can say without a doubt that I always leave feeling better than when I arrived.
I have been training at Summit for a little over a month now and am absolutely hooked. Zach and Joe are both amazing trainers. The workouts are always varied and I look forward to every single one of them. Even though they are group classes, they somehow manage to give a lot of individual attention. They are wonderful at correcting my form in a constructive manner (which I need often), encouraging me, and pushing me to reach my potential. They quickly identify moves that I'm struggling with and help me to get the most out of every movement. I really appreciate the amount of focus that is placed on proper form to avoid injuries. Due to my schedule I train with Joe more often so an extra shout-out to him for his patience. The whole environment at Summit is really welcoming, including the other members. They are always there to cheer you on when it's a tough workout. While group classes can seem intimidating, the trainers at Summit have created an environment that allows anyone to join and succeed. Read moreUpdate: I've been a member for several years now and have attended over 300 classes. I've recently returned after a couple of months off to recover from having my first baby. I continued attending classes until I was 36 weeks pregnant. I can't thank Summit enough for the care and encouragement I received throughout my entire pregnancy. I am certain that continuing to move my body through pregnancy had a huge impact on the smooth delivery and very quick recovery. My first class back was at 8 weeks post-partum and I felt so strong and energized. So thrilled to be back at it!

First review: I've been a member for close to two months now and have really enjoyed every class. I am NOT a fan of exercise and have had a hard time finding a program that I really feel I can stick to. Every class at Summit is fast-paced and jam packed with a wide variety of exercises, making every class different, exciting and doable for any fitness level. The instructors all are fantastic at giving helpful instruction without making me feel like the total newbie that I am. They also are great at encouraging you to give it your all while not pushing anyone beyond their limits. It's an overall very encouraging environment. There are many class times available in the morning and evening, and booking through the website is fast and easy. While the membership is rather expensive, I believe it is well worth every dollar. Read more3 year! Crazy to think it's already been a year since I started at Summit; when some days it feels just like yesterday and others it feels like I've been here forever. Crazy to think I've finally found a gym that I've stuck with (and actually went to) for a year now. And when I say actually went to I mean I've gone every single week, multiple times a week, for a whole year. An achievement in itself but not only that I've gotten back to where I was prior to having a baby and stronger at that.
Coming into Summit about 6 months postpartum and never really sticking to gyms was scary. But the staff and community that is Summit makes you come back week after week, class after class, looking forward to the next work out. Zach and Joe make sure you get pushed to your limits but will help you modify if needed and hype you up all the same. Everyone who goes there are awesome people who will cheer you on and pump you up to go further than you'd expect. I can only highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a new gym. There's a bunch of different class time options, for those with crazy, busy schedules. The group fitness classes are always changing and challenging and the heavy weight classes kick butt. And the added peak week and challenges are a great way to push yourself harder and see how far you've come.
