Generations Pizza — Restaurant in Attleboro

Only giving this one start because i have to. In fact, i should be getting stars back! I ordered a large buffalo calzone at 6:15pm for pick up. Upon arrival at 6:30, paid for the calzone. At that point it had already been in the over as thats where my slip came from. After waiting until 7pm, i asked for a refund. This is because there had been multiple (about 5 people) who ordered after we've already arrived and paid... Who came in, ordered, ate and had left. Yes it was busy but they had forgotten about us waiting at the table, and handed out our order. It was a mistake that is easily forgiveable because it was busy yes and thats why we didnt ask 5 monutes after if our food was ready.... Well shame on me for being nice. Now when i asked for a refun the gentleman said "you sure, we've been real busy tonight" there was no apology or ANYTHING! Like i didnt see everyone eat, and leave... and his tone was terrible!! I will not be going here again and its sad because i have been a loyal customer from 2005-2016. Sad local businesses are loosing their touch and customer service! I placed an order online stating cash. I received a phone call from an associate regarding my order . Normally I don’t answer. Questioning my order that all I wanted in my sandwich was cheese. What you actually called me for was to see if this was an actual number. I don’t Appreciate the lie. Now I will not order from you again. If you were so concerned with if it was an actual person that is paying cash cash should not be an option . On top of that my sandwich had no olives on it when we clearly went over the sandwiches.. This place is a hit or miss. Sometimes great, sometimes bad. Raw chicken wing dinner, yes it has happened to me twice. I called once to complain, for an attitude. Whelp last time I order from them. Plenty of other places to order pizza from in Pawtucket. Was a customer for years, before the business got sold to them. But honestly not worth the hassle. Pizza is good, appetizers are good especially mozzarella sticks. Pasta dinners aren't to bad. Greek salad is honestly really good. See there's options besides the chicken dinner.
