B. Turner Clothing Store — Local services in Auburn

I do realize that this note may not matter much to a corporation your size but I will let everyone I know not to shop with your stores again. I went into your Auburn Mall location to return some bras my wife had bought. The bras in question were bought on 5/19/23. The associate told me that I could not exchange or return the bras due to policy. I told her I was exchanging for a bigger cup size . She said there was nothing I could do.I told her what was the point of shopping here if I can't return an item, I can go anywhere else and not have this issue. She proceeded to had them back to me and I then told her to just throw the bras away cause that's what it is if she can't wear it and proceeded to leave. I left the bras there cause it's just a 11 dollar piece of trash that would not do my wife any good. This is by far the worse experience I have ever had at B Turners. This happened at around 3pm on 5/26 if you would like to check your cameras. You can't miss me as I'm where a black tshirt with Gizmo from Gremlins printed on the front. The other day was my first time to really go around the store. And I was really impress. They do have a lot of personal clothings and amazingly, they have a plus size section for women. I like the style, textile and the prices of their items. They do also have a section for gift ideas. The restroom is clean and the staffs are friendly. This store inside the Auburn Mall and parking is not an issue. I suggest to all to come and see their display and sales because they are of good quality...
