I ordered this dress for my graduation and when it came it was too small. No big deal, you run that risk when you order online. I called to see if I could get a refund for the dress since they didn't have it in the next size up, and after being on hold for about 20 minutes I was told that I needed to email their customer service. After explaining that I probably would not be ordering from their site again, and I wanted a refund instead of a store credit. They issued a code. About a week after I sent the dress back, I received an email today saying that my return had been processed and attached was my gift card code. So I went ahead and tried to call their customer service team to try to get the refund they told me I'd get. I waited on hold for another 15 minutes before I gave up and called their store in Auburn. I asked if the associate at the store could try to transfer me over to customer service, because I wasn't getting through. She tried three separate times, and eventually came on the line suggesting that CS had left early from the office. I called at 4:07 and they were supposed to be there until 4:30. Ultimately, the customer service team has been a nightmare to deal with, and since I had to pay for shipping both ways, I've lost money from ordering with them. Read moreThere is no way to put into words how fabulous The Mint is! I have tried several other boutiques and nothing compares to them! Not only are their clothes fabulous, great quality and affordable (especially the sales !) but their customer service is above and beyond! They are super quick and efficient with online ordering, processing and shipping. Literally within hours my items ship. They are always correct too, never get a wrong item or size. Everything I buy for myself or gifts, always gets high compliments and no one else ever has it! SO being unique and different is a plus! I love that online they give the measurements for each item as well as model info to compare (that takes forever to do and post I am sure) as we all know some items you need a small, some a medium, etc. That is the best touch and feature I say so you know you are getting the right size the first time. None of that generic general size charts that other websites do! You can also buy seasonal items year round, so you are always ahead of the game! I have shopped with them even before the pandemic and you would have no idea that a world crisis is going on with the way they continue to deliver literally and figuratively Thank you guys again...
Read morePlease don’t purchase from this place unless you 100% know the item will fit and you don’t care about the quality. I made a large order as I just had a baby and IYKYK things just don’t fit right! I would have never made such a large order if i knew they only offer store credit! It’s not clearly displayed when you are shopping especially on your phone (like 95% of us are). You have to click on support to see it(which why would you do if you don’t need support). Order from Amazon (quality is the same- many of my items felt very low-end). It will probably be cheaper and you can return it and get your money back! If you want better quality, Free People has an amazing return policy!!! Piper and Scoot is another online boutique that has a return policy focused on the customer. I try to support small businesses, but small businesses also need to support their customers!
