Famous Wok — Restaurant in Auburn

I came to eat here after traveling to Auburn on a work assignment. I was met by a man who first asked if I would like noodles or rice, I ordered rice, and then my entrees, I was wanting the two entree combo, the portion of rice I good sized portion, the entree size, well, was ok. He asked me if I wanted an eggroll, I said yes, thinking it was either included, or possibly around .50, which is normal for an eggroll, nope, it's also an entree, I was not notified, so I was placed in a different combo tier.

On to the taste, horrible. The entrees were bleh, and the rice, which was ok, but not outstanding, but this is a mall Chinese restaurant we are talking about here, I found a huge hair holding onto a piece of chicken, I was absolutley disgusted. So I went to the eggroll, tasted like rotten food in a fried wrap.

2 things should have tipped me off, 1. The first time that I haven't been able to see the people prepare the food in the back, and 2. the lack of a Health Inspection report being posted in view(Which by Alabama law has to be posted.)

I was so disgusted I did not want to get some if all my money back, I promptly left.

These people do not need to worry about...

This place is a legend in this town. The main lady at the cash register that calls most people if not all, “Honey”. She snatches your attention and compassion. She’s as personable as a cashier at an Asian buffet can be. Haha! She gives you more than you pay for while other employees try and save money on not filling up the box. I still don’t know her name but everyone knows her as the one that’s sweet and calls everyone “Honey”. Go give them a chance. I’m sure everyone had already. Out of the two Asian buffets in the mall, they consistently keep their customers no matter who competes against them. Seriously. They can have some killer food next door but you feel bad for even looking over there lol, they keep customers...

After repeatedly trying to offer me a sample after me repeatedly saying no thanks I went to order and asked if they had orange chicken and was completely ignored to be offered the sample THAT I DID NOT WANT again multiple times never once was my question answered about the availability of orange chicken continually asking me if I wanted the sample I left, this business has no form of...
