Batteries Plus — Local services in Auburn

I’m so happy that this location opened closer to home. I have been here multiple times now and the customer service has always been excellent. The store is always clean and organized, the workers are friendly, and the store itself is close to everything so you can run your errands all close to each other.

For my first time needing to have an iPhone and a Galaxy fixed, the manager, Max, was very patient and clear when answering my questions and was honest about pricing and how long it would all take. I had called multiple stores before calling here and had left the call confused so I wish I had called Batteries Plus first. I have had bad experiences when it comes to getting my Galaxy fixed (battery and screen), but the wait time was not too long and the fix was perfect—no problems since and working like brand new.

My brother has also come here for different types of batteries. The workers have ordered if it’s not in stock, and they call when it’s ready which is appreciated because we usually have to call and check if it’s been delivered. I would give this place a 10 out of...

They made replacing our 450.00 dollar battery as painless as possible. First we had a hard time finding the correct battery and bought one that did not fit from a car parts store. We returned it but didn’t have our core and the associate said that was okay he didn’t have to charge us for that because someone else had dropped off a lot of batteries. Since we killed our battery by not starting it for a long time period he mentioned we might want a trickle charger. Since we were buying the battery and the charger he offered us a 10% discount, so it was like getting the charger for free. I call this store to see if they had this battery on stock. The clerk said they didn't have it and to call another store like Autozone. I asked if he can do a search for the battery for his store? he said he had not way of doing that search and I needed to do that. so I did call another of their store and they said the store I originally called it showed they did have that battery. I called back and the same guy put me on hold indefinitely and after listening to their pre recording for more15 minutes I hung up. Extremely poor...
