Starbucks — Restaurant in Auburn

For some reason this Starbucks is so much worse than the one across the street. Their chai is always so watery/milky. I have to PAY to have them add more shots of chai for it to taste like a regular chai from any other Starbucks. This last time they kept adding shots of espresso in it after I told them multiple times I didn’t want coffee I wanted shots of chai. Then when I finally asked for a refund because I’m not going to sit there and wait for them to make a 3rd or 4th chai tea which is literally milk and syrup, I was met with attitude. Because they don’t know how to make stuff like every other Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I highly recommend going to the one across the street near rite aid! They will always get your order right and their stuff tastes the way it should! The people at this one are clueless and their drinks are always subpar at best. Wish I could...

Guess you have to be a local or of light complexion for them to notice or speak to you. Walked in and waited in front of the register to order; not one person acknowledged me. One of the employees was talking to an acquaintance the entire time. The other two were working the drive through line. Finally another employee comes out puts her apron on and takes my order. The girl that was running her mouth the entire time calls my order up hands it to me no greeting, nothing, but she was all smiles a second ago with her acquaintance. Just obnoxious. Out of all the Starbucks I've been to I've only had a poor experience at this one. The only reason I went here was because I was picking up a Jersey Mikes order next door and it was convenient. Super nice store. Next to a busy highway, it has a steadily busy drive through window. There are only three or four staff, but they are cheery and right on top of everything. The interiors is lovely and clean. Outside there is some seating but it is a 100 degrees today so I’m inside. There is a huge amount of space in the middle. Front the some ceiling lights I can tell there used to be a community table. I miss that There are also not “cozy chairs”. However, there are high top and regular tables, some with a bench seating option that are enough and in good shape.

Love the pride colors showing up in so many places here. Make this location even more welcoming and fun.

Tried the new pineapple passionfruit drink. Liked it. Needs a bit more pineapple and less water, but will try it...
