I could have rate Buds and Blooms higher than 5 stars if it were possible. At their most busy part of the year, with all the rush, it's late in the afternoon, and another day to go for Valentines day. Upon entering the overwhelming scent of fresh flowers greets you with nice welcome and what's more is that I was surprised with the cheerful atmosphere, the attendants are fresh and happy to meet you. Shop keepers are attentive to everyone despite the tons of work: "Hi how can I help you?" or "Have you been helped?". The gentleman in charge even calmly stated that's it's no problem for any cancelation out of the more than 100 deliveries they have to sort out for Valentines day, assured it would not be difficult (in front of the customer). Please be kind and considerate enough to indicate what kind and color of flowers you're canceling even when they are not asking for any further details to trace it. Days before Valentines I went there to order flowers for delivery (They have 3 vehicles parked outside at that time). I am very particular with the flower I want, they took out all their available color of that variety for me to decide but they don't have the color I want, and yet they let me decide at no time pressure whatsoever. They are I would say on the expensive side, but it's an all together pleasant experience on my part on dealing with them. I would say congratulations...

Twice a year, for 20 or so years, my out of state son has flowers delivered to me. Most are beautiful from this company. But Saturday, I received my annual Mother's day bouquet made of my favorite flowers-gerbera daisies. Although the flowers themselves are gorgeous, the arrangement is lackluster. I don't know how to attach a photo but, for the number of blooms there are 20 times the number of greens. And the stems are a good 6 to 9 inches above them. I sent a picture to my son ( and of course told him they were beautiful) but he even said it was nothing like the photo he ordered from. Even if this is due to inflation or tariffs or whatever they shouldn't have 'tried' to make it look big. If you could see it, you'd know what I'm speaking of. My apartment neighbors even...

I would have given more stars if I could. Extremely happy with this location and this company as a whole. I ordered a certain bouquet for my wife as I am deployed overseas. They were delivered today but the picture she sent me was not like the one I picked online. I called and spoke to them and they informed me that some of the flowers were substituted and they were a little more expensive than the original ones. Sensing that I was not satisfied they made several suggestions to make it right. And make it right they did. I am blown away by the willingness to make things right and make customers happy.
