Most dysfunctional Little Cesar's ever. Place closes at 1000. Got there shortly after 900, not my usual place. Parking is wonky. Myself and another customer coming in started waiting by the cash register for someone to assist. Two other customer were already waiting for their order. We all silently stood there for a while as the employees we could see were cleaning. Eventually a previously unseen older man appeared at the cash register, with his most notable feature a fairly decent impression of Ice Cube's famous mean mugging expression. The customer ahead of me came to pick up an online order. The older man ran back and forth the tiny store for a moment but paused to take the time to unprofessionally and very loudly berate another employee. Apparently that poor soul needs to be told "every single night" that "this is not a dance club." He then returned to the front to report that the order is not "ready." You know we could hear you.... He looked at me and I start saying what I came for, but the man got distracted and tried instead to find the order of one the customers already waiting when we got there. Repeat the running through the store. He did "find" the pizza on a table after running past it at least three times. Sadly she had also ordered cheese bread and it was not yet started. An attempt of substituting, initiated by the customer, failed. Her pizza went back on the table, as the man turned his attention to the other already present customer. After a shorter attempt to locate this individual's pizza, that order turned out incorrect and customer did not want whatever the older man offered that was ready, let's make them both Hawaiian. Alas, customer's brother cannot eat pork. Back to waiting here as well. Now the man returns to me with a heavily grease stained box containing a regular pepperoni pizza. Apparently that was all I could get because I was way out of line ordering a deep dish "you want us to make a pizza for you?" (the place closes at 10 pm). I wanted pizza so I was even going to take it, but the price for a who knows how old pizza I did not really want was unexpectedly close to the price of a fresh pizza I wanted, so I paused. The older man was deeply offended by this. He huffed in my direction that it is "my" president's fault that this was happening, so did I want it or not? I was perplexed as to where this comment came from. He said it was because it is for sure not his president.... Alright then. Somehow the man's repeated wishes for me to have a good night, yelled across the store as he stormed off yet again, sounded far from genuine... Almost like, I don't know, oh yeah, VERY angry. Yes, I am going to have a good night. Somebody has to. It is clearly not him or the other employees... And so I left, the same customers still waiting. One waiting for his order to be redone/made right, one waiting for his not yet started online order, and one waiting for the rest of her order while the other part was surely cold (the older man put it back on the table, not in the warming oven). Moral of this story: Do yourself a favor and drive to the next Little Cesar's. Or maybe a franchise just a touch more invested into their hiring and customer service? You might actually get the pizza...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreI was told by a friend to try the pretzel crust pizza at a little Caesar's. They are grubbing... So I ordered five at approximately ten10:00 pm tonight ( monday) the boys left to get them. They ate one on the way back. I heard him say..the girl with the long long eyelashes laughed at him as he approached the cashier . He said the gal was laughing because if the amount if salt they had put on all the pizzas. He said he lived it usually... But they made these too hard to enjoy. There was two others possibly in on it at the site... He said it was obvious that they played a jije in him and all seemed to find it funny till I tried a piece... And it was inedible. I tried to call the manager there immediately ..but to no avail as there was no space to leave a message. I tried again two more times with two different phones. No way to email. Call. So here is my only option. So what I would Like to do is complain and I want four...not the five I wasted my money on. Four made right tomorrow nite I want to report the dark completed gurl with false eyelashes to you and I am reporting her for messing with customers food and laughing at you to your face about it . She should be reprimanded. And her pay should cover the cost to fix her foul moves tonight. I am very upset that I chose your store and I hope you get that fixed. Because it's not allowable to play games on customers. Customers make your business. We won't be back and after awhile... I hope this is dealt with. Best regards. Ms Heidi Sturmer ps you might want to put in your add somewhere a suggestion box or a number we can call to talk privately about such things that are bound to come up every so often with problems or attitudes from New or younger employees. It's not everyone else's. Problem and thus may have been done on the down low. I will call you again for my pizza tomorrow nite.il. I'll bring my I'd. Thanks for your...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreThey got my order wrong I waited over 35 minutes the girl running the register did not know basic math to make change luckily I'm giving them one star..only because there is no zero star option...unfortunately there isn't another little Caesar's close by... I would most Definately go to a different store. Parking is horrible and chances are if you need disable parking you won't get it because there will more than likely be someone parked there that is not disabled they just don't want to walk across the lot....i don't usually post negative things about places but this place has blown it just about every time I have gone in....i suggest spending a couple dollars more and go to Athens pizza on main Street in Auburn.... Since I can't post again because it wasn't me that went I am adding to my post from the other day...my grandkids went there with their mom tonight and of course the parking was full and someone parked in the disabled parking that had no business parking there..the waiting area was packed and when she asked for a cheese pizza and a pepperoni pizza the girl said they're out of cheese pizza so she just ordered pepperoni after several of the customers said they have been waiting over 40 minutes so she basically got stuck with an older pizza that had been sitting in the warmer.... It's pretty sad when a place can't get it right every time you go....i can say that after tonight the Auburn Little Caesar's has officially lost our business.... I'm sure there is another pizza place that will be more than happy to gain our business....good...
