Lovers — Local services in Auburn

Wish I could give 0 stars. I recently made an online purchase here from out of state. I was out of town when my package arrived with my toy and to my disbelief when I went to go pick it up it was not there. When I tried to reach out to Lovers no one picked up my calls and so I finally reached out via email. When I reached out no one responded to me until I followed up again, and then finally told me that they could not resend my shipment because it had been more than 48 hours. But I was out of town there was nothing I could do about it. They don’t care. They just stole my money and could care less. My last shopping experience here was terrible very very pushy sales women greeted me at the door and would not leave me alone to browse.

These same women basically put a whole bunch of stuff in my hands (that I didn't want) and tried to get me to buy everything.

I put most of the stuff back but I still got more than what I wanted and not in a good way.

I really did not like the experience at all and when I left I felt like I was really cheated out of the overall shopping experience.

I really just felt like I wasted a lot of time and money. So, personally I do not recommend this particular location.

Some of the other branches are a whole lot better but this...
