LOVE this place & these guys. Christian doesn't work here anymore which sucks, but it's still a great place. The manager is cool, the selection is great, the prices are seriously amazing, and they're constantly adding new inventory (both juice & hardware). This is the only place I'll go for any & all of my vaping needs. I truly can't recommend them enough!

Like most vape stores, they have a rewards/points system. It's decent, but like all vape stores, it's nothing really special. It's as simple as: each $1 spent is 1 point, & every 100 points gets you a $5 off coupon to use whenever you want.

They have great discounts on slightly larger purchases, however, which are really amazing. Buying three of any kind/size of juice bottles gets you 10% off your whole purchase. I always utilize this...I go in, buy 3 60ml bottles, and typically only spend $50-$60, depending on which brands I get & if I also use my points for $5 off. The best part is that the 10% discount comes first, before your points/rewards are applied, saving you a lot of extra money. They have a couple other similar types of discounts for coils, tanks, mods, etc., but the 10% off juice is the one I always use & am familiar with.

After shopping there for about 2 to 3 years, and usually having a good experience, I will never go back after today. Paid $49 for a new vape, plus over $100.00 for oil and 2 weeks later, the charging port fell apart. Took it back as soon as I could, and was told because it was 17 days instead of 14 days, they wouldn't do anything to help. I explained that I had spent hundreds of dollars at their store over the years and went out of my way to go there, and asked to speak to manager. He called I vape north, and that person was rude and told me he was in charge and he wasn't going to "play the blame game" and it was passed the 14 days so it was my problem and told me I should have bought a better product. They sold me that product!!! Was very disappointed with their customer service to say the least. They didn't seem to care that I told them I would never come. I have been here twice and both times I went I felt very unwelcome and like any questions I had about products was somehow a burden. They also didn't stand by their products when I tried to return and had to buy a new vape just after I left the store like 2 minutes prior. Didn't even get in my car and had to get back in line 10 minutes and not even a be right with you or anything?? I couldn't return it after purchase and they never showed me how to use it. The person seemed offended when they said, " you didn't even read the directions?" Like noo I don't know how to read. That's why I shopped here. Then my dumbest came back. I don't even want to talk about her. Just say, sorry I was waiting ...
