Owner Tyler is extremely rude and unprofessional. DO NOT give them your business. After voicing our concerns he hung up the phone on us! He said "according to the contract" this and that, but also "according to the contract" it says you will tell us a pick-up time. That of course didn't happen and it felt like it was all our fault. ZERO customer service. I had to ask 5 of my neighbors at 11:30pm to help me move this heavy large bouncy house off of my driveway. After reading the other reviews online, it looks like we're not the only one the owner was rude and unprofessional with. In a business where customer service is everything, it was non-existent with this company and a hassle that you had a problem and was bothering them. Signed a contract for a rental 2 months before the event, and received only one automated email. The company was completely unreachable by phone or email and did not respond to messages sent or left on voicemail. I finally found a personal number for the owner, who said he would be out the next day and would send over the contract by email later that afternoon. When the contract didn’t arrive in the evening before the event I texted him asking him to let me know when he was sending it so I can keep an eye out for it. His response was “I have no idea who this is, please don’t text this number again”. Fortunately we were able to find a last minute rental from Jumping Joeys, who were awesome. Before today I would've recommended them 10/10 times. But TODAY I had a big festival in a park and their driver came on the later side of loading. Then I find out that she didn't pack out a generator for the bounce houses. I used them last year and pretty sure they came with it but anyways the driver says I need to go get one. So I do. She (the driver) calls and ask how long I am going to be. I told her 20 more minutes, because I had to go all the way across town to rent it. So I get back and she's gone. I tried to call she's not answering. Called the company and they aren't answering. There were dozens of kids waiting for the Bouncy houses and didn't have them this year.
