My husband and I have bought MANY pieces here. Custom pieces, diamonds, watches and multiple wedding bands. We have spent about $40k between the two of us in this store alone. Things went very well in the beginning but didn't last. The first big mistake was when I ordered a custom diamond wedding band. They assured me that this wrap would fit around my solitaire. When it did not fit, they tried to gas light me into ordering another identical band which was double the price. After some back and forth, they did finally agree to make good on their promise and made it so the wrap fit my solitaire. We should have been done after this, but we kept giving them business out of good faith, since they ultimately did do the right thing. I then went on to replace my husbands wedding band that he lost. They ordered the same exact one but, alas, they got the mixed metals backwards. We accepted this and moved on, telling ourselves it is a different ring, so it's ok that it looks different. Just what you want to say after spending $1,100. Then the final straw was when I brought my wedding band in to have one of the diamonds replaced since it was chipped. I asked for my old diamond back, which they stated they would give me when they were finished. My husband picked the ring up, but there was no diamond with it. After speaking to a few different associates, we were told that the diamond broke and they threw it away. My husband and I decided that we have accepted too many mistakes from Days in Auburn and wont be going back. We will likely resume business with Days in...

Linda at Days jewlers was of great help on 2 occasions. She was very helpful in purchasing my husband's necklace, making the process seemless and she was very pleasant. Also the gentleman Cameron in the finance department was very helpful on making it possible to buy this gift for my husband with the days charge card, which he was very helpful and pleasant! Then my daughter was recently engaged, her fiance purchasing her ring at Days and they were very very helpful with the purchase making it stress free for my new son in law to make the purchase she of course flipped out and absolutely loved the diamond he gave her but it was standard size of a 7 and she was a 4.5 so this meant she would have to give the ring back for sizing and be with out it for a period of time, but when my daughter and I went in to have it sized Linda took the time to tell the jelwer that she didn't want to be without her ring and instead of waiting weeks to get it back because their so busy they actually sized it that same day and she had it by closing the same day!! She was thrilled! I've been shopping at Days jelwer for over 20yrs and find they not only have a great selection of items but the all of the staff are always pleasant and very helpful!! I can’t speak highly enough about days auburn! This is the only place my husband and myself will go. From Christmas/birthday gifts to watches for the groomsmen in our wedding to my engagement ring and wedding bands this place has everything 🩵 The staff here are some of the sweetest people and answer all questions and make sure that we leave happy every time! They always try to accommodate us and it makes us feel special my husband decided last minute to buy all 5 of his groomsmen watches and have them engraved 2 days before the wedding!! And the staff made it happen! I went in tonight just for a ring cleaning because they always make sure it’s perfect I found out 4 of my bars on my ring were worn down and needed to be fixed as well as my ring needed to be resized so we had decided better sooner than later do it I was so sad to leave my ring behind but the sweetest girl Erin offered me a silicone ring so I didn’t feel so “naked” without it. It’s the little things that they do here that go above and beyond they have life long customers now 🩵I wish I got more peoples names every time we go in but I forget!
