This buffalo wild wings has always had issues. But this last week I called ahead to ask if they could take a bigger group of people #8 of us. And they said yes come on in. I also asked if they had bigger eating areas for a group, and if I asked if we could sit altogether. Answered * Absoultly .. we have big tables that will definitely be MORE THAN sufficient to fit your party. Or we could push tables together on the other side in the general / seating eating area. Wont be a problem. Guess what? We get there 12 mins later, 35 min wait time . When you walk in through the two doors you see the left side with the bar and the seating area is full of people. No more tables on the left side was available.. . But to the right is a closed off , same size seating area with big big tables and a few other seating options, all roped off and they were not using the whole right side. And if we all wanted to sit together it would be a hour wait. We asked about sitting on the right side of the room? Nope they were not using it. They refused to seat 4 groups of 2-3 people + our group on the right side of the building. We all were waiting. It was very aggravating. Seeing a half full building and the roped off side empty. And to be told to come on In . Well i told the man in the front about . Wasent getting anywhere. Really didn't care. He said there wasn't enough waitresses. Well he stood in the same spot and didn't move the whole time we waited .. (why could he not take anyone's order? ) well after 1 hour 15 mins we left. And so didn't the other groups. They all had something to say about the situation . How ridiculous is this restaurant?? Please .. let me know if you have had a bad experience. We cant be the only family/ group of friends who experience such poor service. Before this visit was the food. The waiters blame the kitchen staff and the kitchen staff blame the waiters. No...
Read moreWe went to the Auburn BWW right after they open. I will say our waitress was great. She was the only one working the whole room. However we ordered and after almost an hour I had to go ask to talk to a manager about our order. Five other tables came in and got their food before us. I was a little confused on why. Well the manager was apparently working the kitchen. Ok I get it having been a retail manager for over 15 years but when he wouldn't take 5 minutes to come see customers that were upset and when we got our food one meal was cold, wings were over cooked and fries cold. The only good thing was the burgers my kids ordered. When the manager came out he came out with extreme attitude, said he didn't have staff and it depended on what we ordered on what gets cooked first. Really all the other tables got almost the same thing only difference is we were a larger party. When trying to talk to him he got really rude, basically told us we should try doing his job and that our meal was free. We never once asked for our meal to be free, we only asked for them to talk with us and listen to our concern and he turned it around on us. I don't find this fair or even close to being professional. He left it with he hope we come back and have a better experience. I will never go back to Auburn BWW. Our waitress should get a raised or having to deal with a...
Read moreJust not a fan. I'm a huge wing fan. If your name is buffalo wild wings then your wings should be amazing. They are ok at best. I've been a few times now and the cheese curds are ALWAYS better. I think I may have made my last visit to this chain. Edit..... Thank you for reaching out and offering to make things better but it is beyond that for me. I have been to your chain multiple times and across the country. From Orlando Florida to leominster mass, to Auburn Maine to Fresno California. Every single time I go I ask for my wings to be crispy. That's how I like them and more importantly that's how my daughter likes them. I like my sauces cooked into the wing, not just tossed in the sauce leaving a lack of flavor and big mess. This last experience in Auburn ME, my kid was hungry. We were at a hotel and it was late. The whole family wanted wings and I just happened to pass this chain. Once again, asked for the wings to be well done and crispy. It did not happen. It's a process issue. I get it. Not much that can be done. Seems another chain, "wings over (fill in the city, for me its worcester).... they seem to be able to produce flavored wings that are still crispy. As can I. So while I appreciate you reaching out, I dont see myself returning to this chain....
