Palm Beach Tan — Local services in Auburn

For the past six months, I have considered the Palm Beach Tan location a second home to get my tan on! A few months into my membership, (which was extremely high and not realistic) I noticed the employees were not as happy. It was across all positions. The cleaners, the cashier workers and I began to wonder what was going on among its staff. I let it go for a few weeks until I noticed a few managers whispering and gossiping behind the counter. The employees seemed ill and I can realize why. I have recently unsubscribed to this location due to its management’s greediness. The workers seemed pushed to constantly sell more to their customers than needed and It became overwhelming with all of the products they try to sale thrown in your face. It seems to be a company who values $ rather than its customers AND employees happiness. I was a member for many years and decided to take a break from tanning. My best friend went in and got a great deal for a couple of months. I figure I'll start going again for the price she was paying. After all, it's Spring! WRONG!!! I go in with her to get the same deal and it's more than double the money she was quoted. Of course, that deal had just expired. They just wanted to sign me up for the automatic draft once a month, but it was still more for one month than she paid for 2 months. I seriously won't be back. I’m always greeted pleasantly and promptly at the Annalue location. The only time I’ve had to wait for a bed is when there was a particular bed I requested. Clean facility and well maintained beds with good bulbs. As for the complaints about frequently being sold products, all you have to say is no thank you. It’s not a high pressure sales situation at all. They’re just trying to make a living. As for complaints about the price, natural sun is free folks.
