TCBY Frozen Yogurt — Local services in Auburn

I frequent this tcby 3-4 times a month and have always enjoyed the yogurt. The workers, on the other hand are rude and inattentive. There have been multiple occasions in the last month where I came in and the door dinged and they stayed back in the (kitchen? Office?) talking for 5-10 minutes until I finally had to say “excuse me” I was very friendly when they came out and EVERY time they were rude like we were an annoyance/inconvenience and they rushed us with a “what do you want” McDonald’s attitude. Overall, I just wish service was better. especially when asking for a tip, you think they would find some sort of way to go above and beyond. (And this is coming from someone who depends on tips to make a living and usually tips generously.)

I am rarely one to write a bad review or comment on other woman, but i’m deeply upset!

I am incredibly disappointed and upset with the level of service I received. From the moment I walked in, I was met with unwelcoming stares and no greeting! Just cold, dismissive looks from three young women behind the counter. Not once did anyone acknowledge me with a simple “hello” or offer assistance. The entire experience was marked by rudeness and an obvious lack of professionalism. As a fellow young woman, I was genuinely shocked at the disrespectful treatment I received. It left me feeling incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcome. I would not recommend this place based on the service...

The staff at TCBY is always very friendly and helpful. They are always willing to help us craft our favorite treat. We have also been lucky enough that they have offered to honor our expired coupons! We never expected this but it was a nice surprise. TCBY doesn't have as many soft serve options as some of the other vendors in Auburn but they have 4-6 pretty good ones that rotate.
