I ordered a combo with chili cheese tots and sweet tea. The tots were not even warm and the cheese had hardened to the point that when I went to take one the whole glob came out in one chunk. The tea was sour like it had been out for days. One of the worst things that any food chain can do in my opinion is to have a beverage that is not fresh or watered down. When you pay the ridiculous price that restaurants charge for a drink it should be right. No excuse in fountain drinks not mixed properly especially tea being sour. That's a health concern if you are serving old products or not refrigerated properly. I had already waited forever in the hope through and my lunch break was over before I had my food so I wasn't going to sit in line again for another 45 minutes and swap it. I could tell by the employee that never spoke when I pulled up to pay that customer service was not a specialty or concern. I won't be back or at least to that location. I don't understand why so many places have worthless employees that continue to work there. Chik filet has nice compenant employees and look at the business they do. You never see a chik filet where the cars aren't wrapped around the building. And they will take your order and get it to you before other places with only one or two...
Read moreThis Sonic is kinda hit or miss. The workers all seem to be very nice and personable but the consistency of service is just weird. I've been twice in recent months (it's on my regular route lol) and time #1 I was told that they didn't have the item advertised on the billboard/sign...not like they were out but that that was a limited time offer and it's no longer available. Time #2 I pulled into one of the stalls to order and was abruptly informed that they were only doing drive thru unless there was a mobile order. Considering many places have recently added curbside which used to be a unique part of the Sonic experience, I wouldn't think this is the right time to be scaling back on that service. I mean, the carhop, the stalls, the staying in your car...that's all part of the Sonic thing and often why I've chosen to visit any Sonic location. Read moreThis sonic was the worst fast food experiences of my life and threw out my milkshakes because I inquired about them giving me the wrong size and not being half price even though they are advertised to be half price until labor day(which was tomorrow at the time). They insisted on taking both of my milkshakes when I only had an issue with one and wasn’t just curious how you can advertise a deal and not implement it. She would not let us order another milkshake as well. Kathy and her manager were extremely rude to me and made me wait 30 minutes and kept my card and would not let me talk to them just continued to cut me off and told me this was not their problem and it was corporates fault and they could do nothing to help us. Well it would help me if you would give me back the things I ordered hopefully in the correct sizes.
