A very nice store with great selection. Prices are a bit high. Update #1: Bought a pair of slippers for my son's birthday and had them gift wrapped. (A very nice service) The cashier put the slippers into a bag which I carried directly to gift wrap. Beautifully wrapped but horrified when he opened them to find the plastic security tag still attached! I'm disappointed that neither the cashier or the gift wrapper didn't look for & remove it. It's a 6 hr round trip for me to go and have this taken care of now. And then another 4 hour round trip to deliver the late gift back to my son. Time, gas, frustration: I feel I should be compensated in some way for this major inconvenience that could've been avoided if staff were paying attention. Update #2: Went back to have tag removed and Manager Maria apologized & said there's nothing I can do for you. Luckily I was still in the store a few minutes later when she approached me to say her Manager allowed a $10 compensation for my trouble. Thank you for understanding. I shop here whenever I'm in the area & have always had an...
Read moreBuyers Beware! Check the article of clothing you're interested in......it's just like Ross or Marshalls, the clothing is defective in some way. Oddly you can not find out where this company buys their clothes anywhere. I have brought back clothing here and told them it's stitches are messed up, crooked pockets or size on tag vs fit is wrong....and they shut down and don't say a thing. For poorly made clothing, I'd rather shop at Ross Marshalls because atleast there they will admit their clothing isn't even made by the said manufacturer, rather a lower grade licensed manufacturer. In my opinion, this place is not worth it. Go buy directly from the manufacturers store for the same price. Atleast you know you're getting quality.
Not saying everything here is messed up just trying to help others avoid...
Read moreThe wife and I discovered this store today in Auburn and at first felt in love with the large selection of men's clothing but once I started shopping I noticed everything was small in size.. I asked the young man in the men's department if they had a big and tall and he said no... He asked what size I wore and I said XXLT and he told me we might have XXL and I said no I'm 6'6 and 300 lb and the difference between XXL and XXLT is the length of the sleeves and the length of the shirt. So excuse myself and told him I would check their website but unfortunately it's the same sizes. You would think Auburn would have a store for bigger men but I guess there's only small men in Auburn... Oh well...
