I showed up nearly an hour after they were suppose to open. My daughter and I tried the door and it was locked. My daughter said why are they acting like they can't see us and just ignoring us? Two employees inside never acknowledged we were there. We were confused standing in the rain. We went to leave and I decided to look at the hours since we took an extra 30 minutes to drive to the location. I seen they were suppose to be open so I called the number. Regularly takes 15-20 minutes to get a drink out when there’s no one in line because they don’t know how to balance online orders and in person. The employees are polite but slow enough to make you think they work for the state. However far the drive is to the next Starbucks you’ll save time going there and back rather than ordering here. With such a great location a well run store could really do wonders instead they’re too busy writing on every cup pretending to be personable. This store needs new management...
