Myself and my brother went in for a nicotine free vape pen. We asked some questions about the selection they had and what was in them. We got the Georgia peach flavor It was $30.

We got home opened it, tried it and there was an extreme menthol flavor almost overpowering the peach flavor. Nowhere on the box did it say it's had menthol. The store associate also didn't say anything about the product having menthol.

We we went back to return, got told we should have tried it in store because they only do returns before you leave their store. At no point were we told to try the product before leaving the store and that that was their policy for returns.

My brother asked to talk to the manager he wasn't in, he then asked to speak with him on the phone she said that she wasn't allowed to do that. In the end she would not do the return. I do not recommend the smoke shop to anyone. We should have gotten a lot more information than we did about the return policy and also the additional menthol flavor in their nicotine...

Dont go here! It is worth making the trip to the Riverside location. Been in twice in the last 2 months both times had a bad experience with staff. The guy with the painted nails was super rude and tried to rush me out, to the point I told him I will go to the Roseville location to brouse since it seems i am a problem. The other time it was a heavier set brunette women that wouldn't take her eyes off her phone and acted like I was a nuisance.
