Starbucks — Restaurant in California

Nicely surprised! A gorgeous place! Service is outstanding! Thank you! An update: yesterday, on May 31st we stopped by and recieved one of the worst coffees we ever tried. We like black coffee and this time it was very weak and had no flavor. It was very hot, so we tried it a little later, therefore did not go back to the bartender to address it. Besides, she acted not happy anyway. She picked medium roast for us without asking. When I asked how she knew it should be medium roast, she replied that it was a default. Well, either the beans were old or it was not enough of them, which is more likely.

An update. Came here in August 5th. Ordered a pour over coffee, since a new style they have tastes awful. The employee Sara was not happy about pour over as always. She keeps offering a regular one they have. We insisted on pour over. Took a seat. Sara served 3 customers without even starting our coffee which will take 5-7 minutes anyway. When approached, Sara got super defensive and rude. She said she had other customers to surve as if we are not the customers and didn't place the order first. The way I see it, Sara wants us to order regular coffee that has no taste any longer after new machines had...

As a teenage girl, I obviously love Starbucks. Haha. I have never been disappointed by this Starbucks. They have amazing service and the more you come the more they remember you. I love walking up to the register and the workers knowing who I am or automatically what I want. It makes the experience so enjoyable. They are great conversationalists and manage to work quickly no matter how busy they are. They are so so clean and the smell when you walk in the doors is mouth watering itself. I’m a huge coffee drinker and this Starbucks makes the experience even more enjoyable. I definitely recommend this Starbucks, if you live here you’ll have some great conversations and if you don’t, you’ll still have a memory to go from this place. 5 stars are...

I got a gift card from one of my nice customers at work. Unfortunately this location has had a negative impact on the local coffee and bagel shop Bagel Junction. If you have time to stop please go behind this location and support hardworking Jasmine and her family at Bagel Junction. She has posted on her Facebook page how they need our support right now.
