I had the Phở Dặc Biệt and a Cà Phê Sữa Đá. The Pho was good, including the proper ingredients that I am used to. Broth can use a little work but I don't think they start cooking at 3 am to prepare broth like I'm used to. Very long process when doing it how I enjoy.
Cà Phê Sữa Đá was decent but that is my thing as I am used to it a bit stronger. Each place makes it different. I personally add a dash of msg and use a different coffee slowly dripped (5-10 min a cup).
The lady's name is ally and she is totally awesome and yes I will return when I can to try other things.
Most won't eat or drink the way I like it. Hence why I gave it 4 of 5 stars. But if it was how I'm used to and crave I would gladly give them 5 stars.
Definitely 100X better than P.K.G.
A bit of my vietnamese cuisine experience is from Little Saigon SoCal where I would eat Vietnamese food almost daily for about 10 Years. I have also helped at a couple restaurants where my friends family owned them. I Have also explored many areas including san jose, Sacramento and here in auburn along with...
Read moreI ordered the fresh rolls, a seafood clay pot, pho, and a rice platter—and everything was honestly really good. The flavors were satisfying and well-prepared, especially the clay pot and pho, which had great depth. The restaurant itself was very clean, and the service was absolutely outstanding—attentive and kind throughout.
The only downside was the wine I ordered, which seemed a bit overpriced at around $18 for what felt like barely a tasting portion. Additionally, there was a bit of confusion about closing time. I came in on a Saturday around 9 PM, and the server asked me to close my tab, saying they closed at 9, but the door and online info both said 10 PM. That felt a little rushed and was the only hiccup in an otherwise great experience.
Overall, it was a great meal, and I’d definitely come back—just maybe skip the wine next time. If I hadn't, then told that they closed at 9 and the wine had not been so expensive. This would...

First the food was fantastic and fairly priced. A XL bowl of Pho Bo with filet mignon and fat brisket was $18 bucks. It was enormous and easily enough for me to make 2-3 meals. The broth was delightful. But the best part was the BBQ pork Banh Mi sandwich. $12 bucks for a meal, you have a hard time getting that at McDonalds and McDs is horrible for you in general. Here's the thing, I didn't like the bread much but when I dipped it in my Pho Bo, it was like a Banh Mi french dip and quickly became one of the best and most interesting sandwiches I've ever had!
The service was fast and good. The server was awesome and so kind.
The atmosphere was awesome, it was quiet but they had multiple TVs so we could watch the kings game. (It wasn't on yesterday but if it was we could...
