I would give 0 stars if I could.
Horrible customer service to the lady that was working today. I went in to pick up my two wedding dresses after taking them in to get altered. I showed up, and the main lady led me to the back (not the one who did alterations...) She asked me if I knew the final price that was due- I couldn't, and she got super annoyed with me.
Finally, we discovered the price was on the tag. When the lady led me back up front, she was so rude about getting me out of the store. I was trying to figure out the vemo handle for the payment with my phone. Mind you, I had two LARGE fluffy wedding dresses I was holding onto that were shoved into my hands. The lady seemed super annoyed, and I was doing my best to pay the balance and get out of the store because she clearly didn't want me there.
Also, I was not allowed the ability to try on the dresses to see if they fit properly before leaving the store.
Additionally, the dresses were not placed in any protective bag, etc. So when trying to exit the store in a rush, I dropped the dresses in the parking lot.
Just go somewhere else for business. At this rate, I should have paid more to a business who wanted my money rather than making me feel horrible for taking up their precious time.

Read moreI am calling Monday morning to get an understanding if the owner or manager- has a touch of racism. Not argue- but grasp an understanding/logical reasoning based on my experience. First - I love my daughter’s book-bag. It’s beautiful. I would like to know why I wasn’t offered a punch card, but the white couple was offered and welcomed to come-back. Me, a young black woman/mother, wasn’t even given the option? Nevertheless- I felt during my checkout experience prior to getting emergency call- I was attempted to be mocked as incompetent when asked well is did your daughter place the order or who did. If that’s the case- ILL NEVER RETURN TO SERENDIPITY. & I DEFINITELY TOLD MY NURSING DIRECTOR- TO SEEK ELSE WHERE FOR MONOGRAM BUSINESS FOR OUR MONOGRAM NEEDS. I’m 32- I’ve never experienced this before. Not all SHADES are the same. God bless you.

Read moreThe young lady is a very nice and humble person. I took an overnight bag that I bought for my daughter and end up buying a purse a backpack and getting them all embroidered within an hour! I will most definitely go back. I took another purse in for the second time. The service is beyond incredible. The mom she is such a sweet heart along with her daughters. I picked a font and she called me to inform me to let me know that the "D" looked more like an "O". She told me she had a purse like mine and what font she used and I let her did it and I LOVED IT.
