Supper experience with these guys both in store and delivery. In store was painless and quick. Understood what we wanted and needed. The best part is that he didn't start with the high dollar mattresses. Gave us the option to go there but left it to us. So much nicer than the two stores we went to earlier in the week. Delivery was dicey as it snowed near us all day, not at our place, but delivery men needed or wanted off to get home before snowed out. We had tore down the waterbed already and had nowhere to sleep if there was no delivery today. They made the delivery early. We are so grateful for them. I've waited for some time to post this review. I went into the Auburn location and spent $1300 on a sealy mattress. After sleeping on it for 3 days and waking up in the deep indentations that my body had created. I decided to pay the 15% restocking fee, and buy the firmest mattress for $1000. Their policy was not to give back any money that you had already spent in their store so I was forced to spend the remainder on a set of sheets I did not need. If that were the end of it, I would be happy, but this mattress is awful. I keep waking up in a deep hole and have to shift to another location on the bed. Devon was very helpful and informative when assisting me in purchasing the right bed. I can’t say enough good things about my experience. At this family owned and operated establishment, there is no disconnect between getting what you need and having it arrive in your bedroom.. No hassle, easy, and I am grateful..
