He appraised a bunch of stuff I had (and jewelry) for free and quickly whereas it took a certified appraiser three weeks and $200 to give about the same answer (they were $25 off in total; less than 0.05%). The owner is extremely knowledgeable. Very happy to share his knowledge and has been cutting crystals for a very long time. He spent the time to show us how to look at them properly and shared his stories. I loved the whole experience. I will definitely be coming back.
