I especially love taking classes with Sharon and Cassie, who are both knowlegable and fun, and craft their classes in such a way that they are comfortable yet often challenging, and you'll have the opportunity to try something new in every class. I think that part of a great yoga practice is play - our bodies can sometimes suprise us and we can move in ways we didn't think we could, but we just need to try! I had very little expectations of enjoying my venture into this art. I agreed to try it at the insistence of a friend. What to wear? Am I going to make a fool of myself?
