Wonder Nails — Local services in Audubon

ZERO ⭐ Waste of good money. I spend money on my nails every 2weeks. I decided to try a new salon since it was on my way home from work and a bit more convenient that my normal salon.Bad move! I was about 2.5 weeks and a little overdue for a refill. I explained that i like my nails thin and narrow and i usually always bring a pic of the style i want. She assured me that they will do just as i want. After filing and buffing and filing some more she began to paint my nails. I kindly stopped her and told her she forgot to do the acrylic. She said "no"! You are not ready for a refill. I said to her it's been almost 2.5 weeks i need a refill. She insisted that i didn't need a refill and she will make my nails look like i had a refill so i said okay. So she painted my nails and i put them under the light and when i took my hand out the polish on a couple of nails looked like it started to shrivel up. She blamed me. She said i bumped them under the light. I didn't arguebut i didn't bump them. The other hand did the same thing. She blamed me again and i said i didn't bump them and i suggested maybe out was the polish. So she put a 3rd and then a 4th coat of polish on. NOW my polish is all lumpy and thick and uneven. I asked her to fix the 3worst nails and figured i would deal with the rest. Now time for my toe polish change. I asked the next woman to just match the polish and design. Not too difficult u would think but she didnt know how to draw on swirls like the other girl did onn my fingers so she drew lines on my big toes and globbed on silver glitter which i didnt ask for. So now my fingers and toes dont match. I go up to pay and she says $60. I said $60??!! She then said oh no im sorry its $50. I said all u technically did was a polish change on my hands and feet you didnt even give me a refill. So Anyway i paid $50 for aweful nails that i have to live with for 2 weeks. Note for anyone who goes there! There are salons out there that do good nails. U dont have to pay top dollar for crappy looking nails. I saw 3 people leave with nails that looked just plain bad. I have been a customer of WONDER NAILS for over 20+ years the other day when I got my nails done by Miki she informed me that she would be out for a couple of months figuring because I was a customer of her as long as I was, she would just allow one of the other workers to work on me being that I was loyal and faithful to her Miki just simply said no one else could take care of her and her sister begin to talk in that language when they want to talk about people they talk in their language so that people don't understand what they're saying. They have some kind of system that if you don't make an appointment there, they don't do your nails Has always disappointed me because when I used to get my pedicure there, I would make the appointment and then she would say I never had an appointment so I stopped getting my feet done there. Advise anyone that has been a long time. Be careful. Yourself a second nail salon just in case she gets funny because that's what Miki does. She has fired so many people she is horrible to work with and if you don't give them the desire, they don't give you the treatment. They only give you the treatment once you give...

I first went to another nail salon and my nails kept popping off, not good quality. Then I came here at wonder nails and they were absolutely wonderful, professional, clean n I had to wear a mask n they took my temperature. I’m very grateful that they take every precaution to see that your customers are safe. I love It here n I can’t see going anywhere else.
