Stopped in for a coffee. We found them online and decided to give it a try after seeing they offered lemon ricotta toast. Unfortunately they had sold out of that item.
The coffee was hot, strong and delicious.
The avocado toast was delicious! They don't skimp on the ingredients. I loved the house made chili oil!
We also ordered a bagel with cream cheese. It was filled with cream cheese.
My daughter had the donut. I didn't taste it but she said it was delicious.
The atmosphere is laid back. My only complaint is the amount of seating. I guess they have free wifi. Every table had one person on a computer.
I think that one person commandeering a four person table is not good for business.
We sat in chairs in front of a couch that was occupied by a young lady on her computer. We said hello, but she was annoyed that we sat there. There wasn't anywhere else to sit.
I would suggest they add a bar seating or high top tables set ups for the computer users.

Read moreReally pleasantly surprised to find this new coffee shop that just opened up in the former location of the Treehouse Cafe. It's the only place I know serving Elixr Coffee Roasters coffee in South Jersey, which for my money is one of best local coffee roasters in the area. We ordered a latte and some of their single origin Ethiopian as a pour over and we were not disappointed. The Latte was expertly made with perfect consistency, and Elixr's espresso has always been some of the best in Philly.
Besides the coffee the space was completely redone in what I'd described as refined but comfortable decor. Atmosphere was great, the owners were friendly and I'm excited to see how they grow the business.
What was a quick pit-stop for some afternoon coffee turned into discovering possibly the best coffee shop in South Jersey and certainly my go-to coffee shop for the...

When we asked the other barista about it (since the original one had left the area and we could clearly see that the coffee had been done for a while), she was apologetic about it but still, it was odd that we had to actually ask what happened to our coffee in a coffee shop! I also thought the price of $6 for a piece of coffee cake was a bit steep. But I would definitely order the pour over again. That was really good - even if it had cooled off a bit by the...
