Five Star Lanes — Local services in Augusta

Had a big group (family) get together and tried to stay away from the crowd and took the two big booths in the back and was told we had to move 3 feet and sit at tables for two. 6 chairs for 14 people just didn't work. Ordered two grilled cheese sandwiches and got two corn dogs instead. When addressing the situation the person who took our order insisted we ordered corn dogs and refused to correct the order. I know for a fact that Grilled cheese was ordered since I eat ABSOLUTELY NO MEAT! Now we have kids playing between tables...the soldiers had to stand the whole time we were there and it was a going away dinner for my granddaughter. Doubt we will ever be back. The young lady that worked at the counter was very rude and impatient. It was our first time at this particular center and just had questions. It was a waste of our money and time. Not to mention, the lane we were assigned kept getting stuck. My daughter asked if they had Pepsi or coke and they threw a root beer on the counter. I was asking a question about the shoe sizes and she walked away. We had to pay for music to be played and then they had the nerve to turn our music down. Maybe they thought it was going to curse in the song but it was the radio version and even if it weren't, I paid for it and it was an option. The reviews that were given at the in processing briefs were a lie. Wouldn't recommend this...

This place has really went down in quality. Maybe it was the hurricane. Prices are higher and service is worse. They're missing numerous shoe sizes. Lanes were dry as rice cakes. Horrible experience that I'm glad is over. The woman with dreads with the abysmal customer service. Just quit of you don't like your job. No one should be forced to deal with a stank attitude of some underpaid employee.

The entire place was dirty. Confetti everywhere like no one cleaned after new years. Bathroom have turds floating around with no soap to even wash hands.

Close this place down ASAP. Soldiers...
