Burger King — Restaurant in Augusta

This review is due to a continued lack of drive trough service after getting off work. The particular Burger king I patron is 12 miles away from my home. I like the taste, flavor of Flame broiled burgers and when the craving hits this Saluda branch closest location. sadly my drive through experience has been poor bordering on insulting. I waited 12 minutes for the employee manning take out window to acknowledge me. since no one did, i drove up to the window with 3-5 cars behind me. the employee at the window then informed me that i had to go around and give my order to a non responsive communication box instead of taking my order at the window. this is again not the first time this very same thing has happened at this location. since these are franchise locations not fully corporate connected complaining to the store manager yields no results. pass the word raise some noise if this is also...

Let me preface by saying I got here yesterday and was unaware of this particular Burger King’s $.30 dipping sauce. I received my order and politely asked for a thing of ranch. The woman putting together the orders rudely snatched up my bag and checked my order and said “it’s $.30 for ranch if you don’t get nuggets”, shoved the bag back at me and just as rudely told me to have a good day, leaving the sauce on the counter. I left the sauce which I wouldn’t have minded paying for if she had been a little more friendly rather than assuming I’m trying to cheat the system over 30 cents. Won’t be going...

Order was gotten wrong, but every misunderstanding was rectified with a smile, and the staff went above and beyond to accomodate for my handicapped mother, my two young cousins, and my little sister. It wasn't her job to, but the kind lady who took our order and then bussed the tables brought the children toys and crowns, and even played with them and entertained them because they seemed down. Absolutely heartwarming. Please give this Burger King staff some recognition for going far above their paygrade to make some...
