Thinking we could enjoy a quick burger, I stop here today. I notice the sign saying that burgers were unavailable, only chicken, okay no problem, we'll make do! I ordered some food, and went to pay. I handed the attendant a $20 bill, and my total was $13.28. The manager hands me $6 back, I looked at my receipt, and I asked "where is my change?" So the manager says "we've been in a national change shortage for some time now, I ain't got no change." So as I'm sitting here fumbling for my card, bc money is money, I then notice how stale my food is. At this point, I don't even want to send anything back, nor hand my card over, when the manager has an ugly attitude. This isn't right! We've been in the pandemic for over a year, I'm sure the shortage has been fixed in most areas. If it's not, at least have the courtesy of "warning" people, before you assume that it's okay...
Read moreI work for DoorDash. I’ve had issues with this store every single day I’ve gotten a delivery from here. Today, I waited over an hour for a simple order with two sandwiches. Which at the last minute failed to mention they were out of what I was waiting on. So I had to contact my customer to get a new order and wait even longer. They were completely out of almost everything. The dash orders coming in were being ignored, so the bell was ringing for a good 30-45 minutes. I’m a former employee of BK and know that a sandwich takes 3-5 minutes to cook and even shorter to prepare so there was no excuse for all of this waiting besides pure laziness and poor work ethic. Like they don’t pay attention or get tired of doing their job or something. But it’s really almost pathetic how much they manage to mess orders up. As in they just can’t seem to care because it’s fast food or something. But it’s so very disappointing when you order there. And they can’t be bothered to pay attention and if it’s addressed just look at you like it’s your fault for ordering something outside of what they can do on autopilot with as little effort and thought possible.
