Tropical Smoothie Cafe — Restaurant in Augusta

I am making a food run since I'm on the clock for my fellow servicemen and I'm currently on duty so I made two different orders. I get my food within 10 minutes that's fine, but I also ordered two smoothies. It takes about another 6-10 minutes for one smoothie but than over another 10 minutes later I still havent seem the second smoothie. Eventually one of the workers asked what I am waiting for and I tell her the 2nd smoothie is what I'm waiting for than I see that she than starts on it. I do not find it acceptable that my order was forgotten and that was the first order smoothie too which confused me even more. I also had to go get other food at other locations I do not have 40+ minutes to wait for a smoothie. I know its busy but the fact that the order was just forgotten I cant accept. The smoothies and food are good but the wait is ridiculous. I ordered online to avoid the wait. My order was supposed to be ready 1215. 1220 I asked a girl about my order and she confirmed it was being worked on by the other girl. 15 minutes later, 20 minutes after my order was supposed to be ready, i finally got my smoothie. I was annoyed. If the online orders were not going to be done by the time given on the app, there needs to be an adjustment made to the app or not have the app at all if the online orders can’t be met on time. There were more than 4 others who were in the same boat as I and we all had to be back to work. That wait time was just unacceptable being that I ordered...

Though, I do still eat here regularly due to convenience, the past few visits have been unpleasant. Yesterday, ordered a flatbread and smoothie. The wait wasn’t bad but they forgot my side. I returned the next day and ordered the same thing and mentioned my side from the day before, the staff stated that she did remember me (she rang me up) but that she would not allow me the side that was left out of my bag. I ordered avocado to add to my wrap which was not added (extra charge) and the wrap was not cut in half and the sweet potatoes were over heated and hard. I’ll give another...
