It is very sad that I have to leave this review as I can remember as a child coming to this Chinese restaurant and now that I’m an adult with the location on River Street literally just blocks away from my home. This was my favorite Chinese restaurant that I love coming to this location unfortunately the owner of this Restaurant made it to where this would no longer be My favorite Chinese restaurant.
After working a long shift, I ordered my food as always without any problems until I got to the restaurant to pay for my order. She was very rude from the beginning when I told her that I had a pick up order she put her hand up towards my face. I guess that was her way telling me that I needed to wait. She then turn around and said what my total Was and I told her that I was using Apple Pay. However, when she ran the card, it did not go through for some reason it locked my card I had in my Apple wallet. I then told her I have another card, but unfortunately, I would have to take something off my order because the card that I had on me only had a certain amount on it and it was enough just To get my rice and my general chicken. I asked her if she can remove the eggrolls because unfortunately, I wasn’t able to get the eggrolls. She continued to argue with me and told me that she’s not gonna take it off the order. I’m not too sure why she acted like that towards me and why she didn’t let me pay for what I only was able to pay at that very moment. It literally was only two dollars and some change that she had to take off my order.
To the Tall gentleman that’s always in front with the glasses I wanna say thank you so much for your great customer service! You always have great customer service and always welcoming the customers. Totally wished you were working that evening! 😕
To the owner please learn better customer service and never put your hands in someone’s face as a way of telling a customer...
Read moreVery unprofessional and rude. I have lived in aurora 3 years now and always ordered from new China hut on New York st. But I have tried these guys once. They don’t have the basil I love in my rice but delivery is cheaper than the my usual spot. I just tried to order me some rice and egg rolls to the same address I have lived for 3 years. The lady takes my order I tell her I want to pay with my card. She ask me does it have the same billing address as delivery I stated yes. She then ask for expiration and cvv. So I provided that. Then she went on to tell me the address does not match ! So I say to my self how is that possible when all my capital one bank and credit card statements come here and were opened at this address. I told her that not right my card is link to this address. She argues with me about maybe I moved and the address is different. Then I realized she was racial profiling me. How could my card not match its only address they have for it. If I can rent vehicles and make purchases in person. Why is this damn Chinese restaurant giving me hell? Read moreDO NOT EAT HERE, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF!! I can't give negative stars. This place his horrible! I spent over $90 on food for delivery and ordered item number 444, which is Chicken w. Pepper & Garlic Sauce with Noodles. The menu clearly lists the dish under NOODLES. When the order arrived, I got Chicken w. Pepper & Garlic Sauce, but no noodles. I called back and explained I didn't get the noodles. She said I was wrong that the guy that ordered it didn't tell her he wanted noodles. I sat across from 'the guy that ordered it' and I heard exactly what he told her; "Chicken w. Pepper & Garlic Sauce Lo Mein, Number 444." I couldn't get a word in edge wise. I asked if she was going to send the noodles and she said she would if I ordered them. She wouldn't refund my money either. I asked to talk to the manager and she told me no managers were available. The woman repeatedly told me I was wrong. I handed the phone to my son, who ordered it and she wouldn't let him talk either and hung up on him. I called her back and she began arguing with me again and telling me I was wrong. She wouldn't let me speak at all and hung up on me as well.
