BAM is Selling Adult Books in The Childrens Section

This store is wonderful and has a chill vibe and a good atmosphere to itself. You can find many things for everyone. The only problem I have is the fact I saw pornagraphic books mixed in with the children's. Let me clarify, manga is for everyone, but usually it's rated for kids and teens. Maybe one or two risky scenes, but they are sensored heavily in our country. These manga in question, I know for sure, are meant for us adults. If I were you, be careful what your kids get or spend their cash on. Books for us should be only for us and how you can tell is by the fact they are the only ones that have plastic on them. I even asked the employees why they lumped them together. They said it was the company's way of doing things. It's literally in their planogram. I'm going to barnes and Nobles, at least I won't be creeper out by a dirty...

Amazing customer service from Megan and Tara. I was looking for specific book, I walked around inside the store and can’t find it, see a lady with books oh her so I asked and she said , “ I’ll be happy to help, please follow me at front” ... To make it short... She goes straight to the computer , ask someone specific question to another lady name Tara. Then Megan keep searching , then she found the answer . She told me all detailed informations.. I was so happy with a wonderful customer service I received from both of them. Looking for a book. Everytime I go there which isn't much, they always seem to act as though I'm a bother to them with my questions. One time I was in line at the register the cashier asked 2 people ahead of me if they were members; they weren't. When it was my turn, I wasn't asked and she just rung up my items. I said to her that I was a member and she failed to ask me. She looked at me dumb-founded as if I spoke another language. "Huh?" was her response so I repeated myself. Yes, she had to ring me up again. I'll return once more to use my gift card but after that I'm strictly a Barnes & Noble, independent bookstore and thrift store customer. ...
