Cinnabon — Restaurant in Aurora

I went to this Cinnabon location in Fox Valley Mall and ordered three classic Cinnabon with caramel. The lady taking my order ringed me up and told me to wait on the other side for my order to be ready. She didn’t give me my receipt and she started working on other things. There was a brown Cinnabon logo bag sitting on the counter. One of the other associates asked me if that was my order and I told them I wasn’t sure because no one said anything and just placed that bag there. She asked others and they said it was three classic Cinnabons and then she asked me what I ordered. I explained that I ordered three classic Cinnabon with caramel! She was like this is the only one we have. And went to ask who took my order. The lady who took my order spoke up and said I took her order and then she goes if u want caramel u have to pay for it and I told her that when I ordered I told you exactly what I wanted hence I was willing to pay for caramel on my Cinnabon! Then she went behind the counter and instead of helping me fix my order which I was willing to pay for again she started doing other things. I was disappointed and frustrated so I left because I was with my nephews and I couldn’t stand there waiting around d for no reason! I do not recommend this location to anyone!! Ordered a center of the roll with Reese's cups on top as a to go order via their app. While the store employees were nice, the product? Not at all, dry and hard center of the roll cup. Now, the center of a cinnamon roll is supposed to be succulent, juicy and just delicious, right? What would you expect when you buy a 'Center of the roll' cup from Cinnabon? Right! All the ooey gooeyness of a center of a cinnamon roll! But wait! We're customers are wrong according to this store's manager! The full size roll center is ooey and gooey, the center of the roll cup is not. How does that make sense? I think mine was just a couple of days old already and they just didn't care. Money down the drain, I threw it out not even eating half of it. There might be going and honest Cinnabon locations out there. This one is definitely not. (By the way, don't bother doing the cinnabon feedback thing, as said, the store manager doesn't care about bad feedback. Sends the obligatory one email and then is done with the customer). Nope. On 4/15/25 1st time customer. The moment I showed my coupon, I was informed that their register wasn't working, but the person infront checked out without any issues. They preceed to ring me up and charge me for my purchase and my free sample and only give me what I paid for, no free samples. They just stood there rudely, so I stood my ground. After 40 seconds, I decided to speak and say, I paid for my items and my "free" sample and I would appreciate it. She littery took it out the warmer and placed it back in the warmer. I just looked at her, and she went back and brought it to me and walked away with an attitude and mumbling in her language to her coworker....
